WOD: 4 Rounds—–teams of 3

200m Run

6 Burpee Box Jumps

Each person starts on a different exercise and you switch when everyone is done

—rest 2 minutes——

50 Power clean and Jerk (each) 53/95

must be done in sets of 10 with no more than 2 people working at a  time.
