Everyone wishing to start CrossFit Classes must first go through some
fundamentals training to learn
the basic movements and lifts of CrossFit.
3 personal training sessions with one of our trainers
and your first month of classes for one fee.
During these sessions you will be taught the foundational movements needed to execute the exercises safely and effectively.
This is also the time to get to know you and any injuries or physical limitations you may have that may need to be addressed prior to the onset of classes.
Anyone who has completed a similar course at another CrossFit facility is exempt from having to complete this course, but if it’s been over a year or if you are coming back from an injury, it may be in your best interest to go through a few fundamentals sessions before returning to regular CrossFit.
