The Schedule is back to normal.
New This Year:
Beginner Classes will be cancelled until Further notice. No Beginner Drop-ins, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a new client meeting.
Workouts will not be posted on the website. They will only be posted in the gym along with the weekly lifts.
I am looking for a few trainers who have clients they want to train in the gym. (bonus for a referral who stays for 3 months).
Last workout of 2017 at 9am
The Gym will be open Tuesday thru Friday 9am -1pm Saturday 9am – 11am
There will be at least one workout written on the board for anyone who whats to do it.
I will also have some lifts posted for those of you would like to try some strength work.
You can come anytime during the 4 hours and stay for as long as you like.
I will be at the gym to run workouts and help you focus on your goals for the coming year
You are welcome to bring a friend or relative
even if they have never stepped foot in a gym before.
This week only, the drop in rate will be $10.
